I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and stress management. At Skinner Counseling LLC, my goal is to empower you with the tools and support needed to build resilience, improve relationships, and find balance in everyday life. I hold a master's degree in vocational rehabilitation and mental health counseling and am a licensed therapist in Minnesota and Nebraska. My career has been dedicated to helping individuals find clarity and strength during challenging times. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, from young adults to seniors, across various settings including outpatient clinics and community mental health centers. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
